It amazed me also how much less sleep I needed after I quit smoking. I had thought that I slept better after a relaxing smoke, and wham! now I only sleep about 6-7 hours a night. Which only adds to the time that I am not smoking and lets me accomplish so much more. Enjoy the fun. Stay away from the smokes, and just keep on keeping on. This is a great journey that just keeps getting better.
