My stats are awesome because of this site... about 12 days into my CT quit, I was struggling REALLLY BBBAAADDDD... then I found this site and bam... Lolly.... duffis....everyone was SSOOOOO supportive.. keep up the good work if you want to quit this is the place to start, I've referred so many people here, it's crazy... For those of you who don't know me it is very nice to meet you. I HAil from New Orleans but was displaced by hurricane katrina. Live in Oklahoma now working at Cingular wireless....(no I can't fix your phone)...I just started...but things are looking good, I don't need to go to the smoke hole... a lot of negativity out there....even saw a trimester preg lady out there and couldn't believe it. I am some what of a hypocrite but trust me after the hurricane, if I can quit "AND STAY QUIT" that's the key...so can you with this board... just give them 3 months.... you're done. The first 2 weeks are UUGGGHHHH the hardest.... but start seeing 17 plus days... it's worth it. I am cold turkey... I have been quit now for a very long time... haven't had a cigarette in over a year and this board is the reason... believe in it.. get addicted to it instead of the cigarettes and you to, will be a non-smoker.
