I work wtih a lot of em & I thnk they delight in telling us how hard their lives were...etc!
Dont worry about it, she wont be! Go and do something fun

One more suggestion someone gave me that has helped with anxiety & depression a LOT.....say to yourself often.....I can handle this.
simple but it works for me!

LOL Marie,
I'm not a viloent person either, but I bought a stuffed Barney Doll... My Godson visited for the summer when he was little and I had to suffer with Barney and I can't stand that darned purple doll... and I beat the stuffing out of it one evening, early in my quit. Now, I quit cold turkey, so maybe killing Barney was my step-down ;o)
I couldn't lift my arm the next day, but I've never felt better :o)
I'd think that throwing dirt clods at the ground would be just as sastifying.
Great to hear that you're feeling better, and that you've even found a spot of forgiveness towards your neighbor. I'd say you're doing WONDERFUL!
Peace,
Jackey

What you're feeling is perfectly normal... I told my closest friend that I'd urinate on her grave, if she didn't leave me alone, during the first week of my quit, and all she'd done was ask how my Christmas had gone, and how my quit was going.
Those 74 days are looking great... and it does get better. During the day hours I hardly ever even think of a cigarette, though I still dream about them at times, and wake up feeling a roil of guilt, because I've smoked in my sleep :o)
I'm sure that'll go away too.
You're doing great. Be mad if that helps... and take that rock and throw it, again and again and again into the ground until you feel like your arm's going to fall off... That'll take the edge off the maddness... At least for awhile.
Peace,
Jackey

Hi Marie, you should have hit her with the gadrden hose, sounds like she needed to be hosed down a little bit. LOL
STINKER. Well, even though us smokers can be sensitive, a lot of times we're right other people are just plain stupid. Don't worry about it - tomorrow things will look better. :)

Hey I have sumpin' for you:
Believe in Yourself
by: Author Unknown, Source Unknown
There may be days when you get up in the morning and things aren't the way you had hoped they would be. That's when you have to tell yourself that things will get better. There are times when people disappoint you and let you down. But those are the times when you must remind yourself to trust your own judgments and opinions, to keep your life focused on believing in yourself. There will be challenges to face and changes to make in your life, and it is up to you to accept them. Constantly keep yourself headed in the right direction for you. It may not be easy at times, but in those times of struggle you will find a stronger sense of who you are. So when the days come that are filled with frustration and unexpected responsibilities, remember to believe in yourself and all you want your life to be. Because the challenges and changes will only help you to find the goals that you know are meant to come true for you.
So Keep Believing in Yourself! :)
