oH MY GOSH, mummy. If you can make it through a suicide without smoking (I dont' know what DBF stands for), I would think that you have the resolve to make it through a night on the town. But, you never know; the nicodevil is sneaky. It is hard to say when one of those cravings can overtake us. If it has been since Sunday that you had a patch on, the nicotine is out of your body. But, like you said, do whatever you have to do to stay smoke free. Maybe, take a patch with you in your purse and if you get to feeling "on the edge", go in the ladies room and slap it on as you take some deep breaths. You can do it! YOu have 65 miraculous smoke free days!
