Boo,
I know how hard it is. I thought about smoking 24/7 in the beginning. You just have to accept the way that you feel and go with it. One foot in front of the other...do your daily routine. When not working I spent alot of time lying on my sofa watching tv, barely moving, not going anywhere. That was the way it had to be for me. No socializing with smokers or in smoking establishments, ie no bars, parties with smokers, etc. I took alot of hot baths, read and posted on this site, cried, went to bed as early as possible, ate bags of cheesy popcorn, and DID NOT LIGHT THAT NEXT CIGARETTE. That is the only way to stay quit. Not one puff ever..NOPE! My best wishes for all of you ill family members.
