Golly....that sounds sooooooooo familiar! Oh yeah, ME!!! Don't you get sick of putting yourself through almost CONSTANT withdrawels? This time I got mad at myself  and told myself it was time to $hi+ or get off of the pot. I wanna quit. I am so jealous that those that started with me are passing me by because i was a wimp! Come on, WE can do this.... :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 9/8/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 3 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 188 Amount Saved: $24 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 9 Mins: 20 Seconds: 8

That is how my slips happened. Thought I could get away with one, then another, then oh heck let's get a pack. I'll quit after I finish the pack - maybe I should buy another, let's wait for awhile and then you are all the way back to where you were when you first quit. Glad to see you come back so quickly. We will be here for you as was everyone was here for me. Will be checking on you. Welcome back Green Eyes You have found a supportive and helpful place here. Ther is a lot of knowledge and tonnes of useful information. You most likely know the drill, work the program tools on the left, post often, use your coping skills and fight, fight, fight. Don't ever quit quitting green eyes. There are a lot of us here that have quit many, many times. Keep quitting until you get it right. It takes courage to quit and you obviously have that. Just remember to take it one step at a time and use NOPE. Not One Puff Ever! That is how we all quit.
