Thank you for your responses. It was a ruff day, but I made it through smoke free. I will do what ever I have to, to keep from smoking again. I am really tired of hell week and heck week. I do not intend on going through them again. Having a hard time, but I am dealing with it, thank god I have all of you to help. Cuddles It's better to be a non-smoker with an occasional desire for a cig than a smoker with a constant desire to quit...... {STRESS} This is the hardest thing for me to deal with, without smoking. I have a major issue to deal with at work with another staff today. Plus a number of major issues that are family related. Its really hard not to light up, but I am dealing with it the best that I can. Reading threads at SSC does help. Cuddles, Smoking doesn't relieve stress, it causes it. Once you introduce that nicotine back into your system, your focus turns to when the next fix is. Set your goal to dealing with the issues at hand. Take deep breaths and don't add to your already stressful situations by smoking. You do not have to give in to the junkie thinking. It is all a choice.
