Sharon, Do this and you will REALLY REALLY regret it tomorrow. You are going through the most difficult days of your quit. Stay strong and it will get better day by day. Hi Sharon, You have to wanna quit more than ya wanna light up - that's the magic pill, as it were, for a successful Quit... There can be some pretty tough times, friend. AND we are all here lending a hand, sharing our stories - our success and well, the harder times. There is so much support here... AND we cannot do it for you ... so please think about staying Quit for you... it's a brilliant decision. Bad times will come and go, and your Quit can make it through both the good and bad times... Blessings sent! Hang in there Sharon. This is the worst of it. It REALLY does get easier. The NicoDemon will tell you want to buy a pack of smokes....he always will. Keep telling him to kiss off! He'll eventually stop showing up so often and strong. N.O.P.E. - Not One Puff Ever for I will always be a puff away from a pack a day. On day 5 and proud of myself it has to be said but nicotine gremlin will just not shut up - "I've proved my point now, time to give up giving up and go get a pack of cigarettes' So I really think about maybe doing that and then I imagine the follow through - actually going and buying a pack and lighting up. I really want to - I REALLY REALLY REALLY want to and I also REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY DO NOT want to. My head is fried. My sleep pattern is wild - I can't switch off or disengage from any amount of ramblings that are going on in my head. I'm trying to stay calm with it. On a plus it's 10 pm at night now and I know I wont smoke for the rest of the day. So that's good. Right then - that's me offloaded - thanks for the space folks. All the best Sharon My Milage: My Quit Date: 10/14/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 5 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 57 Amount Saved: 13.45 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 11 Mins: 32 Seconds: 15

Sharon, Share the experiences any time! You received lots of advice, take what you need and keep it close! Plan a reward for the end of hell week and be proud that you made it through. Keep up the fight and know we are always in your corner :) Keep Strong, Josie _____________________ The SSC Support Team.
