Hey Parrotlady congratulations on deciding to quit. They call the first week Hell week and that is so true. Use distractions when you get the crave go to the nonsmoking mall or bookstore, clean out a closet, wash down the kitchen, read posts here. That floating feeling will leave its just part of the quit.
