Hey finni perfect messgae for this morning, I am starting to feel fantastic, this quit is the quit I can feel it. I have suffered some but nothing compared to the suffering I was doing by smoking. I am happy this morning...Off to work, Job number two. Uughh. But the weather here is nice and the ocean smells grand, the birds are singing, and for once I can sing with out coughing right along with them...Have a fantastic smoke free Day..
