Today I celebrate 2 years smoke free - wow - I really do feel like a non-smoker. I have finally reached a place where I can honestly say I can't imagine ever having the need or desire to inhale that vile noxious burning garbage ever again. I cannot believe I used to think that felt good. My only regret is that I waited so dam long. For Mike, my dear friend who passed away from lung cancer this past week, I salute you, I love you and shall hold you in my heart forever. You were my quit buddy and my inspiration and I shall remain smoke free - as I know you are watching over me!! Smoke free - the only way to live!! 2 yrs and counting. :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 10/24/2004 Smoke-Free Days: 730 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 18,259 Amount Saved: $7482.5 Life Gained: Days: 71 Hrs: 3 Mins: 25 Seconds: 55

Hi Susan, how's Annapolis Valley? It's always fun for me when a member of the class of 2004 pops back here to say hello or share a great milestone - it's just a shame it's so rare these days with most of our peers gone for good! Anyway, hi, welcome and many, many congratulations from us both; two years is a marvellous achievement and you managed it so well throughout. With Our Best Wishes luna d848 & Penitent d889
