Hi Extinguishers, just checking in on everyone.Glad to see so many of us are still here. I'm so PROUD of me, today makes 8 smoke-free weeks for me. Am loving the cruise but I'm going to have to leave for Cincinnati soon for the birth of my new grand-daughter. Going to my oldest daughter's house in Rhode Island tomorrow for a short visit. Then fly out of Providence for Cincinnati on Thursday. Plan to stay with my youngest daughter and her husband for 2-3 weeks to help out, so I may not be checking in much for a while. I don't get here as often now because I have finally moved into my new home and don't have internet access as yet,soooo when I get to my sister's house I try to check in. Daatske, Time to get back to basics, use the same strategies you used to get through hell week when craves hit. If they don't seem to working for you anymore, time to find new ones. Try to put some fun into it and add some great rewards. Keep persevering, we're here if you need any ideas.
