I was a solid pack-a-day dude. Occasionally would go over on the weekends, but pretty steady at exactly 1 pack per day.
Now for some real fun. This is from a post I made several months ago:
The actual 'spec' of a standard cigarette is 3.3 inches long.
Specifics:

Camel, Benson/Hedges, Marlboro Lights, Merit, etc. - 84 mm / 3.3059 in

Virginia Slims - 98mm / 3.86119 in

Capri - 97mm / 3.821799 in
So take your total cigarettes not smoked and multiply times appropriate inches.
Divide that result by 12 to get your feet of smokes not smoked!
So for me, I smoked 20 Camel Lights per day. 20*3.3059 = 66.118.
66.118/12 = 5.51 FEET of cigarettes per day that I smoked.
Some fun numbers:

Standard Competition Swimming Pool - 150 feet (50 yards)

A 747-400 (the most common 747) is 225 feet from nose to tail

Average Football Field - 300 feet (1 yard being 3 feet)

Empire State Building (roof) 1,250 feet

1 complete lap around a standard school track - 1,320 feet

1 mile - 5,280 feet

1 complete lap around Daytona Speedway - 7,920 feet (2.5 miles)
Have fun!
