1) Health (family history of cancer and heart problems) 2) Lungs, I'm training for a 10k now (woohoo!) 3) Embarassed to smell like cigs during classes 4) Cost !!!! <--- this one's a whopper, isn't it? 5) Guilt/Shame/Fear/Self-loathing every time i smoke 2nd time around or not, quitting just feels great. Keep these coming guys, they're all so reaffirming to read :) Not One Puff ***EVER***

- Health - Control of my life - Freedom (could be included in control, I guess) - Cost (although I've spent it all on rewards ) - Social acceptance Keep up the good quits, everyone. 1. For my health...I was coughing all the time. 2. To be in control again. 3. To please my grand daughter called Lolly. 4. To feel socially acceptable, instead of feeling like a leper all the time. 5. To regain some self-esteem. NEVER LOOK BACK, THE FUTURE IS AHEAD!!! Lolly. :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 11/25/2004 Smoke-Free Days: 645 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 22,600 Amount Saved: 3225 Life Gained: Days: 89 Hrs: 20 Mins: 14 Seconds: 27
