Hey all! I am tooting my own horn today as this day is my 7 month anniversary of being smoke free. The path before me was worn by many wonderful footsteps of those here that have supported and encouraged me along the way. The Knights of the Empty Ashtray have prevailed and here we are...Non-Smokers for life. This path has been one of the most bumpy, emotional rides that I have ever walked in my life. I have learned many things about myself and others around me. Many stressful situations have come my way but through it all I became a Non-Smoker. I have made a some good friends here. I have become a mentor - amazing to be able to help someone one on one. I love that! The cravings have all but disappeared but I am still ever vigilant to stay them off. Life continues on....as a Non-Smoker. Thanks to everyone here who has helped and encouraged me along the way! Everyone have a happy, smoke-free day!
