Welcome home Bonbon, Glad you had a good time! I am still smoke free, so is Melony and my mom! I am going to be going off the patches day after tomorrow. In a way I can't wait to actually be completly nic free, but I hope it isn't too bad in the crave arena.
School is starting for my kids in two days and I am so glad that Melony quit because now she doesn't have to suffer with going 6 hours without a cig. But I am a little worried about the peer pressure she will be comming under. She has said that when she turns 18 she may start again, and I told her not if she is living under my roof. She thinks she is going to be able to move out on her own the min. she turns 18. I'm sure she will be getting a great big dose of reality.
I hope she will be able to stay quit though. I am ready to be tough on it if I have to, unlike I have done before. I have told her exactly how it will be, so hopefully, she won't try me.
Anyways, I am still here and smoke free, and learning to deal with life without nicotine. I feel pretty strong.
Love,
Mama
