Hi all, I was doing well on vacation, but then in a week moment< I asked my sis to bum a cig. This led within 3 days to purchasing a pack. Then the next day 2. So on to an all out slip. I am not going to wait months to get on the wagon again- that truly sucked. Hell week was horrible b/c I let my body go back to the way it was. Hell's Bell's it's back to work we go. Sorry, I failed at this, but I am on the road again. Guess I am an extinquisher now- which I like that name. Any day not smoking is a good day. Keep on trucking all you Junies! Checking In: All has gone well so far--except for a minor bump which caused me to go into panic mode. I did NOT run to the store for a pack of smokes but instead, I grabbed my book, read it, and played video games w/ my kids. I went to the pool yesterday and my friend friend's was there. She smokes and even tho I was around it, I had no desire to even want one. I talked 'J' into quitting and so she said she would stop after she was done w/ the pack she had. Not sure if she will actually go for it or not but I did try =) Keep me in your thoughts today for htis afternoon, we are going to our friend's house for a birthday party. Our friend's mom, sister, and hubby are severe chain smokers. *insert wide eyes here* My Milage: My Quit Date: 6/26/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 20 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 163 Amount Saved: $40 Life Gained: Days: 1 Hrs: 19 Mins: 2 Seconds: 47

Evening Check In: Signed onto a popular exercise chain and had my 1st workout today. OH MY! I could actually feel my lungs expanding and I didnt do any hacking!! WOW!! I am *so* proud of myself. I even finished the entire exercise circuit w/ no trubs!! That tickled me even more!! If I keep going like the way I am going now, not only will my lungs become healthier but I will buffer in the long run!! This is so AWESOME!!
