Kate - you can do this. I was exactly in your shoes 90+ days ago and thought there is no way I can make it through the craving. Well here I am 92 days into my quit and so glad I refused the temptations. They do lessen with time and it does get easier. Plus your headache will go away. I just heard this morning that because people are trying to quit, the lovely (not) tobacco companies have added 30% MORE nicotine into a single cig. Pathetic to get people to have a more difficult time quiting. Hang in there and here is a hug for you! Not after 15 days you won't - stay strong and don't worry about what everyone else is doing - Just worry about you and protect that quit! Do you want to go back to hell week? NO!!!! Hang on to your quit. Whistle, walk, eat something, make a phonecall to a support line. Just don't smoke! It's get tough some days but you have to be tougher. Tell yourself why you wanted to quit smoking and say them over and over until you are in THAT good place again. Cravings last moments, death is permanent!
