Hi embg,
Don't be afraid to fail and disappoint everyone; don't disappoint yourself. This quit has to be for you. It is your life, your health, your clean hair, your fresh breath, your clear lungs! Weekends are the hardest for me also. I try and sleep late and go to places where smoking is not even thought of..inside malls, the library, the grocery store, thrift stores, etc. You will do fine if you make a conscience decision not to smoke. You are stronger than those feeling inside of you. It is the nicodevil dying a slow death. Laugh at him; Stomp him out! Just look at that meter; 108 death sticks not inhaled into your beautiful body!! awesome!
