ladybugg thanks for the reminder, the patch is on and i am not smoking. not sure how it is contributing to the cause but i guess it does not matter.....no smokes matters. kate thanks for the support from across the seas....amazing how far the support stretches!! 14 days you go girl!! 3galeh thanks for your support. wow look at your meter. did you do the whole series of the patches?? i had mine on my arm the first few days but it did not stay to well. i changed it to my hip this morning, i think that will work better. did you have the dreams? i have had crazy vivid dreams, i think i will try taking the patch off at night. not nightmares but totally real and crazy stuff. my poor dog really thinks i am crazy now!!i am somewhat reluctant but will give it a try. thanks again. cybrduke nice to be here. glad you are doing so well. is this your best or first quit....i remember you from a while back. here is to those passing days. barbara My Milage: My Quit Date: 9/1/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 5 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 80 Amount Saved: $22.5 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 15 Mins: 2 Seconds: 26

I used the patch and it worked for me, I hope you have as much success as I did. It really does feel wonderful to NOT smoke anymore. Take it 1 day at a time and you will do it. Its not easy but its worth it!! Hi Barbara - YOU CAN DO IT!!! You're tough enough to quit. Just take one day at a time and you'll win. With the passing of every day - it gets easier. It really does. Be ready for the bumps in the road and keep the quit going! Nice to have you here.
