I feel like a loser...

hurstk, you are not a loser. However, if you are still smoking, you're not a quitter either. Get rid of those cigarettes and get back on the wagon. Hurstk, The members are right! Get rid of the nic-free cigarettes! You will need to contact your doctor about maybe starting a new dose of the patch or wellbutrin. Let your doctor know how you are feeling and maybe he can help you and the way to use your NRT's. In the meantime, talk to your hubby and ask him how he got through his cravings. Members, please continue your support and help hurstk get through today. Hurstk, take a long hot bath and drink some hot tea or coffee..your choice! Keep us posted! You can quit :). You are not alone! Melanie ______________________ The SSC Support Team
