reverse quit meter

WOW Mama!!!! If that doesn't make you want to stay quit, I don't know what will! I'd rather concentrate on the POSITIVE quit meter... that other one is so depressing! But, I'm glad you posted it and figured all of that stuff out. That sure is a good reason to stay quit! Crave the Quit! Mine would be tough to figure because I quit so many times and fluctuated so much with how much I smoked. I started at a pack a week and kept that up for about 4 months until I quit altogether for about 5 months, then I went up to 15 cigarettes a day for about 10 months and then quit for about 4 months and then started smoking a pack a week or so for about a year and a half. Then, I suddenly got addicted and couldn't be a social smoker anymore, and I started smoking about a pack a day or more for the next 8 years, but quit about 30 times in there for periods of about a month or so each time. So, mine would be pretty much impossible to figure out. But, I like the concept. :) Crave the Quit!
