OH my! Oh my! All that time has gone by. :p 189 days of goodness! Thats 4,536 hours and 272,160 minutes and 16,329,600 seconds. I have stayed quit for each of those moments in time. WooHoo. And you know something else. If I can do this after smoking for 36 years you can do it to. Time for me to celebrate. What a great day. Wonderful swim. Busker festival. going to have a wonderful dinner of provencal Cod and some great Ontario nectarines. MMMMM Pie (it better than donuts....
