TT Congratulations on 10 days! Hooray! It is time for a lovely reward, especially now that you notice the difference and see some change. Keep on noticing and keep on acknowledging that you are doing this and you are doing it so well. Let us know what your reward is. Cheers and Hooray! Awesome job of quitting. Congratulations TT. You have completed the roughest 10 days of a quit. You survived and are already starting to feel the rewards. It just keeps getting better so keep taking one step at a time and you will be suprised at what is in store for you! That is an awesome accomplishment! 10 days smoke free! I had a much harder time when I was at home, than when I was at work. So, on the nights that I did not go to the gym, (I only went sporadically), I would usually curl up on the sofa with a book or zone out on a tv show or movie. I read and posted here everyday. I would take hot baths with aromotherapy and go to bed early. The days pass and the thougts of smoking get less. In the beginning of my quit, I though about smoking 24/7 and usually cried at least once a day. All of this is part of the healing process. You are doing great..just stick with the quit. You are one day closer to true freedom from nicotine! TT, 10 days smoke-free is super. And you're already seeing the benefits. How cool is that? You should start planning your one month reward, whatever you decide it to be. I found the planning was sometimes as satisfying as actually achieving the reward, plus it gives you something concrete to look forward to, not just a concept. Congratulations, TT. Keep up the great quit! TT, Take it step by step and know that you are doing a great job! Rewards can be expensive or cheap. Take a look through the threads and see all rewards people have used to reward themselves :) Keep Strong, Josie _____________________ The SSC Support Team.
