Is that the nicodemon' dog? Yikes! Didn't need my coffee to jolt me to life this morning. haha. Try blending carrots, celery, a smidge of tobasco and worchestire sauce. Mmmm. Danielle _______________________________ The SSC Support Team

Mr Ed, One question about juicers. I have never owned one and have never thought of owning one (even though my daughter has begged me before). Any recommendations on quality of juicers and and basically price ranges? I might buy one on my one month quit anniv. ... have just read a thread by Riverdale Man who mentions that he owns a juicer. I bought one last week and apart from radically transforming my diet, a real fruit drink is a great reward, particularly on a hot summer's day! Try this: 2 apples 1/2 mug of parsley 1/2 cucumber teaspoon of wheatgrass powder(optional) Pour into a glass with ice Serves 2 Mr Ed (Beach gourmet and cocktail maker extraordinaire) ;) My Milage: My Quit Date: 2/13/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 128 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 3,846 Amount Saved: 960 Life Gained: Days: 21 Hrs: 9 Mins: 0 Seconds: 18

CybrDuke, Lost in translation? A mug is a cup with a handle HummyBird, I was being serious (for once) about the parsley and wheatgrass! I could always send you the hay, oat and carrot cocktail recipe if you prefer :p Mr Ed :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 2/13/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 128 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 3,855 Amount Saved: 960 Life Gained: Days: 21 Hrs: 10 Mins: 11 Seconds: 2
