cyberduke... household projects always work. Early in my quit, I ripped all the carpet out of my dinning room and refinished the hardwood floor. Later, I sanded and refinished all my kitchen cabinets. I've also painted, and replaced wood siding on the house. All of that got me through a few craves and I learned along the way :p Keep yourself busy. Taken on a project that is BIG! It gives you a bigger sense of accomplishment when you complete it. :) Hope this helps some.
