Cuddles, Think about where you are versus where you were just a few months before! You're doing this! You're making it! You're a strong quitter and you have come so far from where you were just a few short months ago! Cuddles, I know you want this quit and I am pretty sure you won't smoke because I know how much that would break your heart! Hang in there and just keep doing what you've been doing the last 72 days and you'll be fine! You're going to make it this time! THink about how proud you will be of yourself when you finally make it to the beach! :) Crave the Quit! Cuddles - It happens because you smoked for years and years. It happens because you actually remodled your body to function with nicotine and 4000 or so other checmicals present in your blood stream. It happens because you finally got smart and your body is changing back to that of a non smoker. It took years to get your body to the point it was at with cigarettes. It will take time to go back as well. It's not an overnight process, it's a process that takes years. Don't worry about why it happens, just roll with it and ahrug it off. What other choice do you have? You can deal with it, you have again and again, just do it one more time and stay happy. Imagine the smilie is your craving and watch it being abducted by aliens and whisked away to be shot into outer space. Then it will meet up with all the other cravings outside a black hole and they will all get sucked in and crushed into invisible molecules never be seen again ............Sorry, getting carried away there! Keep strong, you ARE doing it! Cuddles, I suggest that you do more than "hope" that your day gets better. MAKE IT BETTER! Be the one in control. Do something different today. Treat yourself to a day out...a park you haven't been to before perhaps? Remind your addiction that you are the one with power now. Don't just succumb to it...take charge! You are doing great at 72 days...we are proud of you!
