Yes dear friends, it is a process of ticks and tocks when we are going toward our next cigarette NOT SMOKED! You can peek at my success below and say wow. Then I can look at the latest quitter here and say WOW! You see, 5 years is nothing more than a constant stringing together of one not smoked at a time...sweet Jesus.
Continue to rack them up. By the yard it is hard. By the inch it is a sinch. Inotherwords, if you look at this quitting thing as being as simple as NOT smoking the next one, it becomes manageable in your mind. You all can do this...I just know it.
