I have tears of joy running down my cheeks.....I have not posted in a long time but I would stop by now and then.....I had neck surgery three weeks ago for my herninated discs and bone spurs which has been what was causing my chronic pain.....Health wise it has been rough but I believe I am seeing the light at the end of the tunnel.I am so glad I quit smoking....It is helping me heal quicker because I don't smoke anymore.....I think back and remember the struggle, my mind set, the lies I told myself and excuses which lead to relaspe more than once but what really is important was all the support I received and having a quit family to lean on and so much positive input and everyones knowledge and a slap on the hand when needed.... ;)It was all worth it....Wow...I am a ex-smoker...I made it this time.....All the posts mean so much to me on this day...Thank you one and all...Shirl
