Danielle: I no longer think I need a mentor...I think I am over the worst (Thank God for Chantix!) Dorothy, Having the temptation accessible is dangerous, give some thought to getting rid of them. Life stressors can increase cravings. In the past, when you were stressed you smoked to momentarily avoid, escape and ulimately cope with the stressor. Now that you've quit you have to find new ways to cope with life stressors.
