You guys exhausted me with the conga. Uhm, did I see a menu with drink specials on it???? When you don't smoke you get to reward yourself with other things. A nice hot latte, a cool tropical drink, a thick banana shake, a big cranberry martini. The list goes on.... rewards rock.

Grandma Judy, Rusty ~ There actually is something called Yogalates which integrates the yoga and pilates together, sounds like the best of both worlds to me, I would like to try it. Core strengthening is important for bones and muscle tone.

I'm ready to sign up for yoga class too. So relaxing of the mind and body. Everyone can use a little de-stressing whether they are early or later on in their quits. Healer - great idea, I am looking forward to it, although I am not super-bendy so I will stay in the back. I'll take the aqua blue mat please.
Fish is probably most in shape due to marathon training.
I have really noticed a lot of ex-smokers training for marathons. Makes me proud, we running, walking and basically getting ourselves more fit. Oh yeah, and don't forget the conga....... Sunflower, LOL.

Alley - I agree. You need to add breaks back in. If you like tea, maybe in the afternoon break you could enjoy a cup of tea. Or you can just take out a picture of your dear, beautiful daughter, and remember how important it is to not be so stressed. I know that just looking at pics of my kids melts my heart. Maybe you could even start a journal ~ and on your breaks, you could write in it.
Just some thoughts!! I used to love stretching breaks, and quick walk around the building breaks. They really do help!
