Just checking in, haven't been on much lately, things are just crazy. Still haven't smoked and we are loving that. Our son has quit and is going on 2 weeks now and my two girlfriends have decided that if BonBon can do it they can do it...lol. There quit date is November 10, gave them this web site and told them to use me all they want. Did get some news that I thought would throw me back to smoking but it wasn't even a top thought this time. Hopefully I can get through it with the same strength, actually I have to because it deals with my heart and smoking will DEFINITELY not be good...anyway I love not smoking, just still fighting with the 5 pounds that won't go away and it's making me a crazy woman...lol. Hi all I am checking in, not on much just trying to stay busy. I am still smoke free and found out I have a hole in my heart, I was born with it. To make a long story short I knew what this was because my daughter was born with this and it was repaired 20 some years ago on her. Now I am going through it just shocked that no one ever diagnosed me with it until now. I am so glad I quit smoking and had my physical now and this will be corrected and things will be good as new. God works in mysterious ways...as my mom says "everything happens for a reason".
I am so proud of us for coming this far, I can't believe I have been 5 months not smoking. I can remember thinking it was such a long way off....and now it's here.
