Put a smile on your face and join the party :) I think that some of us (at least I am) needs to take a litle nap, but this party is going to go on for a long time, so join us! Stop smoking is not all about being depressed and feeling awful, you can make the quit to whatever you want it to be! Why not make it to a journey you will enjoy and love to look back to?
