Hooray for me!!! Thanks everyone for your kind thoughts. I did it, I made it one year. This just rocks for me because when I started this I never thought I'd make it. 30 years of smoking, now 1 year of clean breathing behind me. I'm still going strong. I refuse to smoke. My lungs are singing the "Happy Song" today. They feel so good!!!! Lady, Butterfly Swimmer, 3galeh thanks for everything. You are three people who have muttled through this with me, along with the rest of the SMOBERS! Newbies and the rest, thank for your kind words too! Just rememeber, this is possible.
