Well, let's list what's better; 1.) I exercise for one hour 3 days a week at cardiac rehab and don't have trouble breathing afterwards. 2.) Food tastes way better! 3.) Me, my car and my house all smell better. 4.) Opened up a savings account with the money I no longer spend on cigarettes! 5.) Friends tell me that I look much better too! Anyway, guess that's it for the better list. Now, to thank all the support I have had on this site. I truly believe that it has helped me in a thousand different ways! Thank you all for the support! And, here's my stats: My Milage: My Quit Date: 8/21/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 28 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 572 Amount Saved: $196 Life Gained: Days: 3 Hrs: 16 Mins: 57 Seconds: 42

No more coughing Not out of breath after 18 holes at golf Nice complexion, the whites of my eyes are whiter!!true Smell goood A little plumper (little) but clothes still fit tight but they fit. I've noticed that life is much better without the smoking hassle. I've noticed I'm now addicted to this site with all the wonderful people and also mediators here. hugs and kisses to you all. Okay, okay... 1. I can run to the mailbox and back even when it is not raining. 2. I can still drive a car without a cigarette between my lips. 3. I can use hairspray in the morning without thinking of setting my head ablaze cuz of the cigarette between my lips. 4. I can exercize without gasping for air. 5. I cannot, however, bend over to tie my shoes without gasping because of the weight I've gained! We will work on that later. 6. My daughter gives her Mommy more kisses because she smells pretty! 7. I've met some interesting and fun people along the way! ;) My Milage: My Quit Date: 9/8/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 8 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 438 Amount Saved: $64 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 21 Mins: 36 Seconds: 46
