last night was pretty rough with the cravings, so i had an early night. woke up this morning felt pretty good, before my quit it was cigs and coffee before i could even open my eyes.(realy did not want a coffee this morning eather) I have a 6 hour drive today, as i was a chain smoker while i was driving this should be a good chalange. The trip was not as bad as i thought it would be. drinking lots of water realy helped but the side efect of all that water was lots of stops LOL. It is now the morning of day 4 and i feel prety good right now. i belive i will give my car a good cleaning today.

well i am half way though my trip it is Jennifers turn to drive so i can go online (great thing WIFI). things are good the drive is not as bad as i thought it would be considering that whilst diriving i was a chain smoker. one more mile one more day

My first party as a QUIT, today has not been that bad.I have been on SSC all day reading the forum. well tonight is my first party that i have to goto, wives birthday so i guess i can not miss that one. As far as i Know there will not be any smokers there as i was the only smoker in our circle of frainds. Wish me luck. We viseted some out of town friends at there hotel last night. it felt so good swimming in the hotel pool in the moonlight. Tom is a smoker but good for him he did try to smoke away from me. I told him that it did not bother me (the darn things stink). I made it One More Day.
