Thank you to everyone for all the well wishes and the wonderful little pictures, (some day I may learn how to do that lol). I am so happy to be given this honor and I am proud to be a non smoker.
To all the new people, stay at it, it is worth it, you won't believe how wonderful you are going to feel. When you think you can't do it anymore go back and read some old posts of those of us that have made it, (Rusty, Duffis, UFO, Hummybird, Luna, Pen, Shevie, Major Dude, walking eagle, attaboygirl, missyfit) and so many more and if I left someone out it wasnt intentional, my memory just isnt that good anymore, you will see it wasnt easy for us but we did it and were proud of it!!! It does get better, I rarely even think of smoking anymore and when I do its usually because I saw someone smoking, not that I want one or think about them.
Ladybugg I do remember that day and I am so glad I was there to help. UFO you treat yourself to a few coffees, you have earned them.
Josie and all the staff, thank you for this site and the ability to help each other on our journeys.
Again, thank you to EVERYONE!!
