thanks for the cleaners shevie! had a shower at 7.30pm,took nonsticking patch off and didnt bother with it again !!!its now 8.30 a.m wed and im haveing a cup of tea and a gum .i will see how many gums i need to get me through the day,its nice to chop and change!!! and i really think its to hot to be duck taped to a leather sofa!!!! :p your sence of humer always surprises me debs!lol :8o: heres to day 3. oh my god what have i started now!!!!!!!!!!! :confuse: just had a hell of a crave! my bloody patch has fallen of again.was sitting on the sofa having lunch ,up i got and there it was stuck to the sofa !left it for a while but didnt get sticky again now stuck with band aid and have poped a gum in close my eyes and BREATH.i know they pass pritty quick ,im off to lay on the sofa and share my patch with it! you know what i mean! ;p way to go minties your doing fab!!!!!
