Thanks a lot guys. Right now, so early in this quit, it helps so much to read, post, and to try and help others. It is such a wonderful alternative to having a 'smoke break'. As Shevie put it ... helping others is therapeutic. I appreciate your recognition and praise. It helps so much when you are trying to stay positive ... it helps to fill the tank up.
