I am now 1 hour and 51 minutes away from being able to say it has been one year since my last cigarette (9/15/05 at 8:00 pm). Not one puff. N.O.P.E. Thanks very much to all of you for all of your support. I could not have done it without you! I still have the occassional craving, but they are short lived thank goodness! I mentioned in a previous post my reward for being one year smober. I saved my cigarette money and made a new additon to my family. My reward is Gracie, the sweetest little Yorkshire Terrier puppy you could ever meet. She is joining me in this celebration. I got her a month ago, just a bit early! Now that I don't smoke, I have clean air in my home for my fur kids to breath, lung capacity to walk my sweet little Gracie, and hopefully one day I will have enough days of life saved to outlive all of my fur kids. Here is Gracie!
