uurrrhhhuurrraaaahhh!!!!!! Just returned from my holidays in the Canary Islands. First smoke-free holiday. First smoke-free Mr Ed on an aircraft (don't like flying). And just to add to the stress recipe, a major terrorist alert. If last Thursday was a year ago, I would have got through 60 cigs in a day as a result. Yes, I was terribly stressed. But I did not smoke. Nor even had any sort of craving. The only thing I missed when I was away was this site. Good to be back. No fumar para mi..
