I'll order one of those buttons, too please!!!! I know the going gets tough some times, but Sullydog, honestly with all those days behind you, you make it look easy. I know in previous quits, when I felt that crave hit big time, I would walk and walk lots. A really good tv show or movie can steal your attention from the nicodemon as well. Hang in there and you've got the right idea, KEEP ON POSTING!!! Cheers, Jan

Sully you scare me
At 70 days I keep saying it must get better soon you are way ahead of me and still having problems.
My doctor(who has never given up smoking!) says I should be over the worst by now.
I think this site could teach her a thing or two.!!
Lovely lady but just does not understand what we go through!!
What keeps me going more than anything is the thought of EVER having to do this again
I will order a big box of easy buttons soon I think so that I can leave them all over the place in case I need one quickly!!!!!!!!
Kep up the good fight!
Phil

Aw Sully!!
All I can say is this...
Go smoke one, and believe me you will be back to day one. Only thing is you probably wont quit again right away (it took me another month), I have lost all of those three months. I am back at day one.
It was NOT worth it. No way. I am back to day 2 cravings etc having to go through all of that again.
Remember that saying - better to be a non smoker with an occasional desire to smoke - than a smoker with the constant desire to quit.
When I went on holiday it was nagging naggging nagging in the back of my head.... I so wish I didnt give in to it.
I admire you for where you are, whatever you are so far ahead of me! x
