Where can the patch be put, other than arms?

18 years ago 0 6 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
I tend to rub mine when I have a craving as well, so I try to put it in places that don't make me look bad when I rub it, I stick to the arms shoulder, and sides under my bra. I have been told that they should be put on your upper body but my packaging does not say anything other than a hairless dry area of skin.

Hi, it says on the instructions that you can wear it anywhere on the torso. I might try the fore head though ;) Marie My Milage: My Quit Date: 6/13/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 23 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 358 Amount Saved: $92 Life Gained: Days: 3 Hrs: 3 Mins: 33 Seconds: 11

It is really warm, so most people are wearing sleeveless tops. I do not necessarily want to show that I am wearing the patch. Can I put it on my shoulder, in the back?

Upper torso & keep varying the position. At the risk of boring some of the older readers here, Mrs Ed (a 'never' smoker) once awoke to find that Mr Ed's patch had become stuck to her during the night. Mrs Ed was not amused! :p My Milage: My Quit Date: 2/13/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 145 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 4,364 Amount Saved: 1087.5 Life Gained: Days: 24 Hrs: 6 Mins: 6 Seconds: 4

I jsut stick mine on my arm. I am displaying mine as a badge of courage. The way I look at it, I am telling the world I am a non smoker =)and I am proud of it! I hope that made sense =) My Milage: My Quit Date: 6/26/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 7 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 63 Amount Saved: $14 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 16 Mins: 38 Seconds: 18

The patch I am using just indicates any part of the body that is hairless, dry. Due to the hot weather alot of mine are falling off so I pay particulair attention and not put them on the parts that sweat the most. Believe it or not I even put them on my butt and have had no problems. After awhile you run out of places to put them and your not supposed to put them in the same spot for about a week. I'd have to say I'm with Rachel on this one. I don't ever remember reading that the patch should be placed on the upper torso on the instructions. I used the sides of my arms most of the time but started using the front of my thighs after running out of space on my arms (the skin on my arms were getting really red and swollen) However, I have stopped using the patch for about four months now and I still have the scars on my thighs. Maybe you can put them on your shoulder, back or stomach. Good luck! I've worn mine across the top of my chest, but that's fairly tender skin to peel them off...OUCH! When I wore them on my side below my armpit, they wanted to fall off. Mine also wanted to fall off after a shower, but I wasn't surprised about that.
