Excellent post! As long as we know why we're doing it, and how we plan on coping, I think the determination comes a little easier. And hopefully, the end result is a successful quit. That's what I'm aiming for this time. Starting a quit over and over again is hard work! It's so emotionally draining. So stay with quit, I think its actually easier than reliving hell week over and over. Cheers, Jan My Milage: My Quit Date: 9/11/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 7 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 235 Amount Saved: $63 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 20 Mins: 35 Seconds: 45
