Junk I know. Exercise... Played a round of golf (walking) and then went again for the 4 year olds golf lessons. I think his lessons were more exercise for me. :)

I've been doing really good. I've been watching what I eat and we joined the Y. The boys love it. I haven't been around much and can't remember what I've eaten. Here is a run down of exercise though.
Tuesday - Swimming laps (haven't done that in years!)

Hi everyone. Remember that 15 pounds that I lost? I think I'm finding some of it. So I'm hopping back on this diet wagon and getting my butt back in gear. No excuses now. I did better when I was in school and running all the time.
