Hi ItsIronic ... boy could I go into a huge shpill about me having dirt kicked in my face over and over and over again. When you concentrate on the dirt ... of course you want to give up, to give yourself an out, to tell yourself that the dream is not in the cards for you. But once you get back up, and clean yourself off ... and stop concentrating on the dirt (you've brushed it off, remember?), you can once again push forward. Never give up on your dreams. You can get a new house and a new job. Look at what you are doing and figure out what is not working and change it. Don't worry about the things that are out of your control. Nothing you can do about that. Concentrate on what is within your control. And you know ... right when we get the dirt kicked in our face ... of course we feel like throwing the towel in most of the time. What is important is that we get up and that that feeling passes and we do decide to keep on keeping on ... just like with our quits. Smoking will not get you a new house or a new job. Smoking makes nothing better ... it wants you to believe that it does ... but you have come too far now ItsIronic ... you know that is just a big lie.
Chin up ... keep on truckin'!
