I did it.. Yay I did it. Today I celebrate week 8. Today I got back from a four day festival. Temptation was there EVERY part of the weekend to smoke. I didnt smoke and most of the time I didnt feel like it either. That was my last temptation, i think I now have a clear run of weekends. No more parties or anything - then i am off to Cyprus 3 weeks today. Then I will be at week 11. When I quit, I was determined that i would be quit and that I would be a non smoker for when i went to Cyprus end of August. This long term goal has always kept me going, I didnt always have money so this was going to be a good reward - besides at the end of the trip, i would be celebrating my 3 months. Which is the longest ever. I actually know that now I CAN do it...
