Your rewards will help give you something to work towards. You deserve a reward for all the hard work your putting into your quit! It should have three components: you should have a small reward for each craving you overcome, a medium reward for each smoke free day you accomplish and a large one for each smoke free week.
I'm sure as the weeks go on, you'll find you won't have to reward yourself as often.
