Okay, a special day is coming up for me and since it would be bogus to go to the beach twice, I thought I would just post here.
I'll be a 100 real soon!
Anyway, my main motivating factors on this quit- remembering how much pride I felt getting to certain numbers on my last quit---- not really---
here's the deal---
I started having chest pains again, so that's a huge motivating factor. Here's the thing that's kept me going- I have gone back to the gym and thorough I am not as through as I should be, I have noticed much improvement.
Also, my chest pains stopped about 3 weeks- maybe 4- into starting to visit the gym. I, honestly, believe that going to a traditional doctor would put me in worse health- b/c she/he will see my history and want to do some types of invasive procedures--- that will just make me weak and unable to fight---
Anyway, no worries for now.
Thanks to all my Somber friends.
Dear SmogsLiftin' A special thanks to Lady and you!
