Just popping in to say, I have now got a grip on my addictions!!! It only took 28 years but it's never too late. Quit Smoking for a whopping total of 33 days! Quit drinking for a whopping total of 51 days!! I'm proud of myself!!! I was one of those people who thought they could never be happy without drinking or smoking. I buried every emotion and every problem behind a cloud of smoke and alcohol. Once your HEAD clears up of all the junk and you start healing, you then realize that you are definetly HAPPIER without either and feel so much better. Medically I now have some problems showing up but they could be a heck of a lot worse if I had continued on with my evil addictions. No going back for this gal and once again, another person here posting that IT CAN BE DONE, I didn't die from withdrawls and looking back, I think having my 4 children naturally was more painfull than what I have experienced in the last 33 days....LOL. Keep trying EVERYONE!!! If you slip or relapse, get right back on track and try again. Someday you too will make it and be sooooo glad you did. had enough :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 7/20/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 33 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,168 Amount Saved: $247.5 Life Gained: Days: 3 Hrs: 6 Mins: 6 Seconds: 49

Thank-you sooo much, LIVADIA, MARIE, RIVERDALE MAN, SHAILA, JOSIE, HUMMYBIRD, and FREE!!!!! I left this site and said I'd pop in once in a while and I want to let you ALL know that your support and KUDOS are very much appreciated!!! Some think on here that they shouldn't support or even say anything to those who have left the site  But I'm glad folks like yous exist. I do not post on here very much but I do read on here a lot which has been helping me. To come back out of no where and post my stats and still get replies means A LOT to this junkie as I'm sure it does to others who stray in and out of here. Keep being who yous are which is GOD SENT. Love Had Enough :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 7/20/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 33 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,181 Amount Saved: $247.5 Life Gained: Days: 3 Hrs: 6 Mins: 57 Seconds: 16
